We are committed to getting your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Please note that processing times may be extended during new product launches, restocks, holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times will vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your confirmation.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Darkside Fitness Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Darkside Fitness Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly and then reach out to us if additional assistance is needed.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
