RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At Darkside Fitness Co., we want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

RETURNS

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
• Have original tags attached
• Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
• Be returned in original packaging when possible

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size?

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible apparel items, subject to inventory availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Worn, washed, or damaged products
• Items returned outside the return window
• Personal-use accessories and gear that show signs of use

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• A brief description of the issue

We’ll work quickly to make it right.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

• A shipping error by Darkside Fitness Co.
• A defective product

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
